Search and Internet Marketing

This includes the optimization of destination and our advertisers’ keywords, web page design techniques, and the links between our web portals, Chamber of Commerce affiliates, national advertisers and our branded portals.
Software
The Destination Partner platform integrates the leading technologies to enhance the scale, robustness and scale of our web advertising and marketing platform. We use web analytics technology from Google, payment systems that integrate Paymentech, Credit.net and Verisign for trusted payments and transactions, and we use open source software technologies together with Microsoft technology to build our platform.
Our platform provides connectivity to central hotel and travel bookings services based on the technology standards of the Travel Industry's OTA (Open Travel Alliance) and on the adoption of the XML Web-services language. Hotel connectivity to validate inventory and transact bookings is supported through our XML interface enabling customers to tap into hotel and other merchant inventory and promotions for their booking needs. These bookings are done in real time, which then updates the GDS inventory and the CRS (Central Reservation System).
Systems
The Destination Partner platform uses internet class technology and service providers to provide our partners, customers and viewers with a highly reliable 24x7 operation. Our systems are hosted by Rackspace, a world-class service provider, and system technology providers that include Hewlett Packard, Cisco and Microsoft technologies.
